Africa Dawn Nutrition is partnering with Africa’s largest international health development organisation, Amref. The partnership aims to establish a ground-breaking Central Nutrition Hub, targeting the improvement of systemic nutrient deficiencies amongst Kenyan households. The long-term vision is to be the leader in the development and delivery of innovative nutrition solutions and scalable social impact programs in Kenya.
Africa Dawn (Kenya) Limited signs an MOU with Acting Governor Hon. James Nyoro for a PPP to set up a processing and blending facility in Kiambu County. The goal of the project is to improve food security, by supporting and developing local farmers, reducing unemployment and growing the industrial manufacturing base of the county.
Africa Dawn was set up in October 2019 in order to continue our investment in the Nutritional Solutions part of our business, to support food security and improve the welfare of local communities.
Further to expansion of Casa Weza in Africa, Weza Logistics Limited was created in Kenya to support, amongst others, our business units of freight forwarding, procurement, supply and industrial projects.
